1. What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive:

• your name, work email, company or station and the type of project you are building;
• the optional message you write;
• technical context: the language of the page and the address of the page you sent the form from.

2. Technical data

Like any website, our servers and Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the Site, process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps. We use it to run the Site securely and to prevent abuse and spam.

3. Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers and we do not set cookies ourselves. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the Site.

4. Why we use your data

We do not sell your data and we do not make automated decisions about you.

• To answer your request and prepare a demo or proposal (taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in running our business).
• To keep the Site secure and prevent spam and abuse (legitimate interest).
• To meet legal obligations when they apply.

5. Who we share it with

We use service providers that process data on our behalf:

• InterServer, which hosts our servers in the United States, where the contact requests are stored and handled;
• Cloudflare, for DNS, delivery and security of the Site;
• Brevo, to email our team a notification about your request, when that notification is enabled;
• WhatsApp, to message our team a summary of your request, when that notification is enabled.

6. International transfers

Our servers are in the United States and some providers operate globally. By sending the form you understand that your data may be processed outside your country.

7. How long we keep it

We keep contact requests for as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on it, or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS, contact requests are stored privately and access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

10. Children

The Site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
